2) No Right of Withdrawal
2.1 By purchasing digital content or accessing video services, you expressly agree that the service begins immediately.
2.2 Once access is granted, no right of withdrawal or refund exists.
3) No Refund Policy
3.1 Due to the nature of digital and adult content, refunds are strictly excluded after access or use.
3.2 This applies to video calls, digital downloads, streamed content and vouchers.
4) Exceptions
4.1 Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases of proven technical failure, at our sole discretion.
